This comes after Shatta Wale blamed the youth for their inability to fight for their right but are quick to type online to make unnecessary issues trend on social media.
According to Shatta Wale, the nonsense essays that are written by the youth on social media about sensitive issues that most concern the growth of the country will not get their problems solved.
He further stated that it is high time the youth rises up and fight for their right rather than waste their time on social media.
He wrote; As for Ghana dier the problem is us the youth ..we can’t stand up and fight for our right ..Nonesense ..Everyday typing online …Massa that no go solve anything ooo, Rise and fight and stop writing this nonsense Essays !! Mek I think
In reaction to that, Bridget Otoo has stated that the youth is not to be blamed for current happenings in the country because they have done their best to fight but they are being killed for that.
She recounted how Efia Odo and others were arrested in front of the courtroom just for holding placards and chanting for their voices to be heard.
Bridget Otoo, therefore, called on Shatta Wale to use his influence to lead a street protest against such acts in the country.
